Are NRI buyers pushing Mohali 3BHK and villa prices too high for local upgraders like me? Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 61, thinking of upgrading. I see places like Godrej or M3M getting crazy expensive, especially with all the NRI interest. Is that premium justified, or should I just stick to a larger 2BHK? What's the real ROI if I stretch for a 3BHK now?
