Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for Mohali, but I'm seriously questioning the luxury segment. Everyone glorifies Golf Course Extension, especially 3BHKs above 3 Cr. From my experience, current prices feel stretched. Mohali ka luxury market already peaked for good ROI? Ya phir it's just FOMO? Change my mind.

Bhai, same pinch! Mohali ka rate sunke mera bhi dimaag ghoom gaya hai. Lagta hai bahut overvalued hai ab.
