Bhai, Surendra Home 57 ka 2.8 Cr price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya. Mohali mein itna high-end project, woh bhi 4 units ka? ROI ka toh pata nahi, but resale mein kaun lega itne mein? Lagta hai bahut overvalued hai.
Yaar, maine bhi ek baar aise hi ek high-value project mein invest karne ka socha tha, Basai mein. Builder ne bade sapne dikhaye the, lekin RERA registered nahi tha. Later realized aise projects mein liquidity bahut kam hoti hai, aur exit karna mushkil ho jaata hai. Always check RERA, even if they say 'not applicable', samajh jao red flag hai. Surendra Home 57 mein bhi same feeling aa rahi hai.
Totally agree! 2.8 Cr for a fixed price project, woh bhi 4 units. RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. Kuch toh gadbad hai.
