Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 49, especially Adani M2k Projects Llp. Quoted price toh sun liya, but I'm honestly confused about the true 'all-in' cost for a 3BHK. Builders usually quote just the basic price, right? Kya Mohali mein real hidden charges bahut hote hain? Like, possession ke time par maintenance deposit, club membership ya electricity connection charges... yeh sab kitna add ho jaata hai? Kisi ko first-hand experience hai? Also, negotiation ka scene kya hai? Can we actually knock off much from the listed price, ya yeh sab bas dikhawa hota hai? I'm trying to figure out budget, ₹1.8 Cr ke aas paas hai. Any advice on how to get a clearer picture of the final cost? Thanks!
