Mohali mein broker ya direct builder, kaun better deal dilayega?
Broker log toh bas apna commission dekhte hain, sahi deal kaun dilayega? Mohali mein property dekh raha hoon, mainly sectors 82-84 mein. Bohot confuse hoon ki broker ke through jaana chahiye ya seedha builder se baat karein. I'm looking at a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.8 Cr, maybe a little more for a good society. Paras Buildtech ke projects bhi dekhe hain, kaafi acche lag rahe. Kya direct builder se negotiation mein zyada scope milta hai? Brokers bolte hain unke paas special deals hain, but not sure if that's true or just a tactic. Kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain in Mohali properties? Like 5-10% off the listed price? Aur ye hidden charges, matlab maintenance, OC, PLC, ye sab brokers batate hain kya pehle? Ya end mein surprise milta hai?
