Mohali mein builder se price negotiation kitna realistic hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK from M2K Group. As someone jo real estate mein hoon, I know builders play games. But for my own purchase, I want to know, can we really knock off significant amounts, say 5-7%? Or is it mostly about getting freebies like parking/PLC adjustments? Aur possession time pe kya hidden charges aate hain jo brochure mein nahi hote? Stamp duty aur registration ke alawa aur kya extra lagta hai? Trying to figure out the true all-in cost, off the record.

Bhai, M2K Mohali mein toh situation same hai. Negotiation is tough. I tried for a 2BHK there last year. They budge slightly on price only if inventory is high. Otherwise, only freebies. But haan, hidden charges are real. Be careful.
Exactly! Heard M2K ka reputation isn't the best for flexibility. Konsi property dekh rahe ho from M2K, specific project?
