Mohali mein property resale karna kitna mushkil hai?

₹90 lakh mein 3BHK liya tha Mohali Sector 70 mein, ab 3 saal baad resale ka soch raha hoon. I work in real estate, but for my own property, the market feels different. Resale market ka kya scene hai abhi Chandigarh region mein? Kya ache offers mil rahe hain ya selling difficult hai? Kitna time lagta hai deal close hone mein? Builders toh naye projects nikalte rehte hain, usse resale pe impact aata hai kya?

Bhai, Mohali Sector 70 mein 90 lakh for a 3BHK 3 saal pehle? That's quite a price! Resale mein toh aur mushkil hogi. Builders toh naye projects mein discounts deke nikaal dete hain, usse old properties pe pressure aata hai. Aapko kaisa response mila hai ab tak?

Totally agree with U1. Naye flats ka craze alag hai. Old properties ko log utna value nahi de rahe. It's tough out there.
