Mohali mein rent itna kyu badh raha hai?

Honestly, I'm just fed up with paying rent in Mohali. My landlord in Sector 88A just hiked it again, yaar, feels like a 30-40% jump in two years! I'm seriously wondering, is this rent increase justified everywhere, ya sirf mere saath ho raha hai? Will it ever stabilize ya aise hi badhta rahega? Pehle lagta tha rent sasta hai, but ab toh EMI vs rent ka math clear buying ki taraf tilt ho raha hai for me. I'm finally taking the plunge to buy.
