Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a flat in Mohali. Fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya, so I thought EMI vs rent ka math sahi baithega. But ab bahut headache lag raha hai. Goel & Son's ka ek project dekha Sector 70 mein. They showed a 3BHK for ₹1.8 Cr, but super area aur carpet area ka itna huge difference hai. Samajh nahi aa raha ki actually kitna pay karna padega all-in. PLC, parking, maintenance... sab mila ke final price kahan tak jaega? Kisi ne Goel & Son's se deal kiya hai kya? Super area trap se kaise bachein? Aur ye all-in cost mein kitna upar niche ho sakta hai? Bahut confusion hai.

Goel & Son's? Red flag, bhai! Unka track record utna accha nahi hai, especially delivery ke mamle mein. Sector 70 mein unke ek project ka possession bahut delayed hua tha.
