Mohali mein Sector 37 ka traffic toh ek challenge hai, bilkul. I'm looking at a 3BHK wahan, but commute time kaafi darr lagta hai. Subah-shaam ka ground reality kya hai? Is it a total nightmare ya manage ho jaata hai? Especially agar Chandigarh side work ho. Actually, I track market patterns, and location is key for me. Also, resident life wahan kaisi hai? Families ke liye safe hai kya, especially raat mein? Kids ke liye parks hain ya bas roads hi hain? And overall community vibe kaisi hai, log interact karte hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Traffic toh pakka challenge hai bhai, especially Chandigarh side work ho toh. I live near Zirakpur and even that stretch is a pain. Sector 37 se toh aur door padega. Have you checked alternative routes ya timings?
Haan, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Sector 37 se Mohali industrial area tak toh theek hai but Chandigarh for office during peak hours is 45-60 mins easily. Main toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) ke traffic se bhi compare karunga, almost same level
