Been looking for 6 months now. SARE Homes in Mohali, everyone talks negotiation, but I think prices are mostly fixed for first-timers. Is it just me? Change my mind.

Bhai, negotiation toh bhool jao. I was interested in a plot in Badshahpur initially, but then shifted to Mohali for apartments. SARE Homes ne itna ghumaya, pe
Really? My friend managed to get a good deal with SARE in their Ludhiana project last year. Maybe Mohali market is different. Did you try pushing for amenities or parking instead of direct price reduction?
Sahi keh rahe ho! I did try asking for a free parking spot instead of a price cut in another project in Basai, but even that was a hard 'no'. Builders are really rigid these days, they just say everything is extra.
Totally agree! I've been trying with SARE and other builders near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) for a 2BHK, and they just quote a fixed price. No room for even 50k. It's so frustrating as a first-time buyer on a tight budget.
Haan bhai, same experience. Mohali mein rates upar hi jaa rahe hain, builders ko lagta hai demand high hai.
Exactly! I felt the same when I checked out their Crescent Parc project last month. They were quoting 5500/sqft for a 3BHK, non-negotiable. Tried everything, even through a broker, but zero movement. Seems like they're just not budging, especially for ready-to-move units, which makes it harder for us.
