Mohali negotiation: Is builder's 'no' ever final?

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Gopalpur from BLF Developers – my recent site visit. Builder bol raha hai no negotiation, but from my experience, there's always some room. Pre-launch pricing ka advantage kitna milta hai, aur possession par hidden charges kitne add hote hain? What's your take on Mohali's negotiation scene?

Bhai, ye 'no negotiation' toh builders ka standard dialogue hai. Mohali mein maine bhi dekha hai, end tak kuch na kuch discount ya freebie mil hi jata hai. ₹1.5 Cr for 3BHK in Gopalpur sounds a bit steep for BLF, especially if it's pre-launch. What's the per sqft rate they are quoting?
