Fed up of renting for years, finally taking the plunge into Mohali property. Everyone talks about new launches around Sector 31, but I think the real value for investors is in the secondary market. Builders like Salcon or Saluja Constructions rarely give real spot discounts on new projects, do they? I'm eyeing older 3BHKs, maybe around 1.8 Cr. Can you actually negotiate more on resale than directly with a builder? Change my mind about new projects being overpriced.
