Mohali New Launch prices are just too high right now.

Honestly, buying a 3BHK in Mohali for my growing family is tougher than I thought. My wife wants a safe neighbourhood and good schools for the kids. We checked 'New Launch Projects' but prices there jumped crazily last year... Is it worth buying now or should I wait? What's the real ground reality for prices in that corridor?
