Mohali PLC charges: Did you negotiate?

Moved into Sector 82 in March. Builders like M3M don't budge on base price, but knowing actual PLC charges saved me ₹1.5L. Anyone else negotiated these in Mohali?

Bhai, M3M aur negotiate? Mera toh experience bahut kharab raha hai. 2 saal pehle Badshahpur mein ek project dekha tha, unhone ek pais

Wow, ₹1.5L is a huge saving! I'm also looking in Mohali, maybe Sector 82 or even towards Airport Road. M3M ka naam toh suna hai, but thought they were impossible to negotiate with. This gives me some hope. Kaash mujhe bhi itna discount mil jaaye.
