Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Mohali mein toh yeh pre-launch offers sirf dikhawa hain. I went to check out a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) last year, they said 'pre-launch price' but it was barely cheaper than ready-to-move, and then they added 'development charges', 'club membership', 'IFMS' and what not. Negotiation ka toh naam hi nahi tha. Feels like a scam sometimes.
