Mohali Pre-launch: Does the early bird actually win?

Is pre-launch pricing for Surendra Homes in Sector 114 actually a discount or just marketing? Yaar, ek 2BHK dekh raha hu, around ₹1.2 Cr ka. Builders bolte hain pre-launch mein best rates milte hain, but construction-linked payment plan mein phase-wise price increase hota hai. Should I wait for RERA approval and check the finished product, ya early bird pakad loon? Confused hoon.

Bhai, Surendra Homes ka Mohali mein track record theek hi hai. Pre-launch mein rates better milte hain, but you have to be careful with the payment plan. Early bird ka faida utha lo, but agreement terms dhyan se padhna.
