Visited a few sites in Aerocity last weekend. BLF Developers ka pre-launch offer dekh ke dimag kharab ho gaya. They showed super low prices for 3BHK, but actual booking pe PLC, floor rise, maintenance advance sab add ho gaya. I know builders ki tricks, but buying for myself is different yaar. Is this 'early bird discount' just a trap for new buyers in Mohali? Kya kisi aur ne bhi ye pre-launch pricing trap face kiya hai?
