Mohali prices are insane now, has it peaked?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 86 from Generous Realtors — honestly, I'm just fed up. My landlord raised rent again, and I feel like I missed the boat on Mohali appreciation. Prices seem insane now. Is it even worth buying at these levels, or has the market peaked? Should I just keep renting?

Bhai, you're not alone. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 86 is just ridiculous. I was looking at a similar property just 6 months ago, and it was almost 20-25 lakhs cheaper. Lagta hai developers ne toh loot macha rakhi hai. My EMI projections for that amount are just scary. I'm also wondering if it's better to just keep renting and see if the bubble bursts. It feels like we're being priced out completely from the market.
