₹78 lakh for a 3BHK at ST Patricks The Skylo Tower. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, but honestly, Mohali builders ke promised amenities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein dikhaate hain gym aur clubhouse grand, par possession pe chhota sa room milta hai. Mera ek friend hai, uske project mein clubhouse toh hai, but it's always empty. Maintenance charges itne high hote hain, par service quality zero. Is it just me, or do others also feel like this is a common scam? Kaise confirm karein ki jo dikha rahe hain, woh hi milega?
