Big Block South City 2 ka brochure dekh ke laga ki kids ke liye perfect hoga. I'm upgrading to a 3BHK for my growing family, so kids' safety and play areas are a big deal. But site visit pe, the 'children's play area' felt like ek chota sa patch, not a proper safe zone. Equipment bhi flimsy lag raha tha, aur floor pe concrete tha, not soft matting. My wife was like, 'yeh toh bas dikhane ke liye hai'. Builders show great renders, but actual delivery is so different. Is this common in Mohali? What's the real condition of these play areas after a year or two? Are they actually usable and safe for kids, ya bas 'check box' item hai for OC?

Exactly! Humne bhi 2 saal pehle Airport Road ke paas ek project dekha tha Gurugram mein. Brochure mein olympic-size pool aur world-class play area tha. Jab possession mila, pool was half-built and the 'play area' was just a dusty patch with one broken swing. Builders know first-time buyers will compromise on small things eventually. This Big Block
Ye Big Block South City 2 wala project toh kaafi high-end sound kar raha hai ₹2.9 Cr se ₹3.7 Cr ki range mein. Itne expensive project mein bhi safety aur amenities pe compromise? Total units bhi sirf 4 hain, toh exclusivity ke naam pe bas loot rahe hain kya? Koi RERA details hain iski?
Haan, 4 units matlab they probably don't care much about community amenities like big play areas. It's more like independent floors or villas.
U3, RERA details toh honge hi kyunki completed project hai. But I think 'completed' ka matlab sirf construction complete hai, possession date toh 2025-07-01 hai. Yeh price range aur sirf 4 units sunke toh lag raha hai ki they are targeting a very niche, high-paying segment, but still cutting corners on kids' safety is unacceptable.
Bhai, yeh toh har jagah ka haal hai. Brochure mein kuch aur, site pe kuch aur. Mohali mein bhi same game chal raha hai builders ka.
