Visited Downtown 66 last weekend. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. But I'm worried about maintenance charges. Builder bolte hain sab milega, but kya service quality matching hoti hai? Clubhouse facilities bhi kitne log use karte hain after a year? Resale value pe farak padta hai kya?

Guys, just visited Downtown 66 in Mohali. Looks so good, but the price range ₹5.2 Cr – ₹5.8 Cr is making me sweat! Fed up of renting, thinking of taking the plunge. And those fancy clubhouse facilities, kitne log actually use karte hain after a year? Resale value pe farak padta hai kya agar amenities maintain na ho?
