Investor perspective se soch raha hoon, but construction quality pe bohot doubt hai. Kya kisi ka experience raha hai ki possession ke ek saal baad cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? Resale value pe kitna impact padta hai aise issues ka? Aur maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi milti hai? Clubhouse amenities kya sirf show-off hain ya actually use hoti hain? Not sure if that premium for amenities really pays off long-term for tenants.

Landmark Avana 1st Phase ka RERA number HARERA/GGM/740/472/2023/84 hai. Maine check kiya tha. But RERA registration hone se construction quality ki guarantee toh nahi mil jaati na? Sirf delays aur basic compliances ka assurance hota hai. Kya kisi ne builder ka past record check kiya hai Mohali ya Gurgaon mein?
