Totally agree with the OP. Godrej Alira ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab world-class hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. My friend bought in another project near Badshahpur, same story with the clubhouse. Maintenance bharte raho, use koi nahi karta.
Sahi baat hai yaar. Builders just use amenities to inflate prices. My uncle bought a flat near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), and the 'multi-purpose hall' is just a glorified empty room. Total waste
