I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab samajh aa raha hai. Everyone glorifies 'green living' at places like Landmark Avana 1st Phase, but is it really usable open space? Ya bas naam ke liye hai, cramped towers ke beech? Disagree? Tell me why.
