My current house resale is almost done, kids have moved out so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking for a compact, low-maintenance flat in Mohali, maybe a 2BHK or small 3BHK. Is Mohali still a good investment for end-use? Prices have shot up in sectors like 65 and 82. Should I consider Godrej or Emaar projects? Not sure if 2BHKs are better for resale later on. Yaar, thoda confusion hai, any advice on current market trends and what size makes more sense for us?

Mohali mein prices toh sach mein aag laga rahe hain, especially 65 aur 82 mein. End-use ke liye theek hai agar budget stretch kar sakte ho, but investment return ab utna easy nahi raha. Godrej aur Emaar ke projects expensive hain but quality bhi generally better hoti hai. Par kya aapne secondary market explore kiya? Wahan shayad thoda better deal mil jaye.
