The 'all-in' cost for a 2BHK in Mohali feels like a moving target sometimes. I'm eyeing Sector 106, maybe SARE Homes, but confused about total expenses. Base price ke alawa, what are the actual big chunks? Like stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... are there more surprise charges later? My parents bolte hain hidden costs sab kha jate hain. Pre-launch offers ka kya scene hai? Is it genuinely cheaper to buy early ya phir just hype? Aur construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment? Pehli property hai, honestly not sure. Any advice?

Yaar, hidden costs toh asli villain hain. Maine 2 saal pehle Badshahpur mein ek plot liya tha, Gurugram ke paas. Base price theek laga, but registry, lawyer fees, then electricity connection, water connection... sab milake 20% extra gaya.
Bhai, exactly! Mohali mein 2BHK ka cost samajh hi nahi aata. Har din naya charge sunne ko milta hai. SARE Homes ka to mujhe bhi confusion hai.
