Unitech? Seriously? They've had major legal troubles for years, especially after their founders got into legal issues. They were established in 1971, but their recent track record is very shaky. I'd strongly advise against them. Check the news from the last 5-7 years, it's full of stories about delayed projects and buyer grievances, even for projects in Gurgaon where their HQ is located. Mohali mein bhi same problems ho sakti hain.

Bhai, you're not alone! Legal checks are a nightmare. I'm looking in Mohali too, but in Sector 70. Unitech ka naam sunke toh darr lagta hai, especially after all those news reports. Be very careful with them.
Sahi keh rahe ho. But what about DLF Privana West? Are they any better? I thought they were supposed to be premium, but even their RERA status seems complicated sometimes. How do we even verify these things?
Totally agree! My uncle had issues with a Unitech project near Airport Road in Gurgaon years ago. Possession mein bahut delay hua tha.
