Construction quality in Mohali projects is often a total bait-and-switch, especially for investors. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa, eyeing Satya Merano Greens. My main concern is *real* quality after a year. Brochures mein sab solid lagta hai, par post-possession, cracks, seepage, fitting issues start showing. How badly does this hit resale value and tenant appeal? High maintenance charges hain, but do they cover problems, ya khud repair karna padta hai? Is the premium justified if quality isn't there? Unexpected repairs impact ROI. What's your long-term experience?

Yaar, I'm a first-time buyer and this post is exactly what keeps me up at night! Mohali mein projects dekh raha hu main bhi, aur har baar lagta hai brochure mein sab gold hai. Satya Merano Greens ka naam suna hai, but yeh quality concerns... resale value pe sach mein itna farak padta hai kya? It's a huge investment for us.
