Sector 49 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again last month. Finally taking the plunge, trying to figure out the EMI vs rent math. Looking at Mohali, especially Sectors 82-84, prices have shot up. Is this price rise sustainable for 2026, or are we looking at a correction soon? Not sure if I should wait or buy now. Any thoughts on which Mohali areas will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Don't want to buy into something that's already peaked.
