Mohali — been looking at property options here for a while now, planning an upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 48. Already have a home loan, so budget is a bit tight. Honestly, I'm confused if Mohali still has good investment potential ya it's already peaked? Prices seem quite high, especially for 3BHKs or small villas. Is the premium justified for future appreciation? I'm thinking of a 3BHK or maybe a small independent villa. Which sectors within Mohali are still undervalued right now, or offer better ROI? Matlab, where should I put my money for long-term growth? Kya kisi ko recent experience hai with buying here? Any advice on specific areas ya what to look out for in terms of hidden costs? Not sure if I should wait more.

Undervalued toh mushkil hai ab Mohali mein. But long-term growth ke liye, peripheries like Zirakpur or even some parts near Manimajra might offer better value for money, especially if you're looking for a 3BHK. Check out some projects near PR7 airport road. What's your current budget range for

Bhai, I bought a 3BHK in Sector 115 last year, thinking it's a good investment. But appreciation utni nahi dikh rahi jitni expect ki thi. Maybe New Chandigarh side like Mullanpur Garibdass has more potential for villas, but that's a whole different budget. For current market conditions, Chandigarh property prices have also stabilized, affecting sentiment here in Mohali.
