Mohali Ready to Move: Post-possession dilemma
Just moved into my new 3BHK flat in Sector 115 Mohali last month, possession March mein mila tha. Honestly, things nobody told me about 'Ready to Move' projects are popping up. Builder ne toh sab perfect dikhaya tha, but now I'm seeing minor finishing issues – plumbing leaks, electrical problems. Also, the actual maintenance charges feel way higher than what was quoted. I'm thinking about how to deal with this. Should I just fix the small issues myself and move on, considering bigger structural problems might be hidden? Or is it better to go hard on the builder for every single defect, even if it means endless follow-ups? What does the community think? Which approach is better for a new resident in Mohali's Ready to Move corridor when facing these post-possession snags?
