Mohali rent: This hike feels unreal

Mohali mein rental market toh bilkul crazy ho gaya hai. Last do saal mein 30-40% rent badh gaya hai, especially Sector 65 aur 82-84 mein. I work in real estate, but even I'm shocked. Young professionals ke liye best areas kya hain, considering convenience vs. rent? Is this hike justified, ya will it stabilise? Landlords ke liye rental yield abhi bhi worth it hai?

Same struggle here. I'm moving for a new job and the rents are just insane. I was looking at Sector 82-84 but even those are out of budget. Koi bata sakta hai ki Zirakpur ya Kharar mein better options hain kya for young professionals, without compromising too much on commute to Mohali IT hubs? Aur kya ye landlords itna rent maang ke justify kar
