Mohali RERA checks are tougher than they look, change my mind.

Mohali mein builder ka legal track record check karna is a headache. I'm looking at Satya The Hive, Krrish Group projects. RERA registration details ke alawa, past projects ka legal history kaise verify karein? Kya red flags hote hain? Parents bolte hain due diligence karo, but honestly, I'm lost beyond the RERA number.
