Secondary market deals mein real negotiation possible hai Mohali mein? I just bought a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road, Navraj Builder ka project, but it was a resale. Honestly, new properties pe builders won't budge much, unki price list fixed hoti hai, especially for projects near Global City. Meri deal ₹1.8 Cr mein hui, new project mein similar specs ₹2 Cr+ jaa raha tha. Everyone glorifies pre-launch offers, but those come with construction risks and delays. Mujhe lagta hai resale mein hi asli value milti hai, especially after seeing my possession last month. Kya hidden charges kam hote hain resale mein? Change my mind.
