Mohali: S R Sukhavas green spaces and security thoughts?

My kids have finally moved out, so we're selling the big house and looking for a smaller, manageable flat in Mohali. S R Sukhavas Residences dekh rahe the, proximity to hospital acchi lag rahi hai. But honestly, I'm a bit confused. After living in a kothi for so long, I want a society jahan proper open space ho, low maintenance bhi chahiye. Brochure mein toh gardens aur parks bohot dikhate hain, but real mein kitna green space milta hai wahan? Matlab, sirf dikhane ke liye ya actually walk karne ya baithne ke liye jagah hai? Aur security ka kya scene hai? CCTV coverage kaisa hai, aur visitor management system kitna effective hai? Guards ki quality kaisi hai, sirf gate pe ya andar bhi patrolling hoti hai? Resale of existing property se funds aayenge, toh I want to invest wisely. Is it worth it for peace of mind?
