Kya secondary market mein real negotiation possible hai Mohali mein for a 3BHK? I'm in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to something bigger, maybe near Cyber City or Sectors 82-84. Builders like Aviana Green Estates ke new projects ka price point kaafi high lag raha hai, around ₹2 Cr for a 3BHK. Already home loan chal raha hai. Log kehte hain secondary market mein better deals milti hain, but kitna discount expect kar sakte hain? Bank-funded projects mein payment terms kitne different hote hain compared to self-funded? Aur yeh floor-rise premium, investor ke liye worth it hai kya? Kya aap logon ne bhi similar situation face ki hai?
