Mohali Sector 103: Family-friendly or just hype?

Sector 103 keeps coming up for our 3BHK, but I'm not entirely convinced. Everyone talks about its investment future, but honestly, what's the actual family living experience like? My wife's priority is quality schools and safety for our kids. Are good schools really close by, or is it mostly just promises? How safe is it for them to play outside? Green cover seems sparse. Is this truly a family area, or just for investors? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Mohali Sector 103 ka naam toh bahut sun rahe hain, especially for investment. But family ke liye, mujhe bhi doubt hai. Meri wife ko bhi schools aur safety ki bahut tension hai. Online reviews mein toh sab green spaces aur future development ki baat karte hain, but present mein kya hai? Sach mein koi decent school hai paas mein, ya phir 10-15 km drive karna padega? Kids ke liye play area hai ya sirf roads hain? Thoda authentic feedback chahiye, not just builder brochures.
