Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Sector 1B. I'm in real estate, I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself is a whole different game. Marketing brochures Sector 1B ko kaafi convenient dikhaate hain, especially for daily needs like food and green spaces. But jab actual ground reality dekho, does it really deliver? I'm wondering, local sabzi mandi, ache cafes, ya even decent restaurants — kya scene hai? Sirf high-end options hain ya proper daily essentials bhi milte hain? Aur parks ka kya haal hai? Family ke liye space hai ya sirf concrete jungle? What's the real vibe, off the record?
