Possession was in March for my new flat in Sector 48, Mohali, and I'm still figuring things out. Daily grocery shopping ke liye koi acchi sabzi mandi ya supermarket kahan hai? Online delivery options kitne reliable hain yahan? Swiggy/Zomato ka coverage kaisa hai? Things nobody told me. Aur traffic ka kya haal hai? Peak hours mein Chandigarh commute kitna time leta hai? Is it generally a smooth drive or pura headache?

Honestly, Mohali mein investment decision was always tricky for me. Sector 48 is decent but connectivity is the biggest issue. Gurgaon mein Airport Road side ya Badshahpur mein toh development itna fast hua hai ki everything is just there. Mohali mein abhi bhi lagta hai infrastructure catch-up kar raha hai. Totally agree with U1 and U2. Daily essentials ke liye toh you'll have to drive a bit. Traffic toh Punjab ka signature hai ab, especially towards Chandigarh side.
Bhai, same exact situation hai meri bhi! Sector 48 mein hi liya hai maine bhi. Supermarkets toh hain but thode scattered hain, easy access nahi hai. Online delivery kaafi hit or miss hai, especially peak hours mein. Swiggy/Zomato ka coverage okay hai but limited options milte hain. Commute ka toh mat hi पूछो, headache hai pura.
