Meri personal experience toh bahut kharab rahi hai Mohali mein. Ek project mein pre-launch mein book kiya tha, bola tha 2 saal mein possession milega. Ab 4 saal ho gaye hain aur construction adha bhi nahi hua. RERA mein complaint bhi ki hai, but response slow hai. 'Making Good Happen' sounds good on paper, but reality is often different.
