Mohali Sector 79: Kids, schools, and future value

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 79, Mohali. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 69 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, maybe even a villa if the numbers make sense. The area feels developed, but I'm honestly not sure about the quality of schools and hospitals. Are there good options nearby for families, especially for primary schools and emergency medical care? My kids are young, so that's a big factor. Also, with the prices being what they are, is the premium for Sector 79 justified long-term? I'm worried about resale value down the line. If I need to sell in 5-7 years, how easy is it? What kind of appreciation can one realistically expect here? Already have a home loan, so gotta be smart. Anyone living there or who's recently sold a place, what's your take on these points?
