Mohali Sector 79 mein daily life experience kaisa hai?

Just moved into Sector 79, Mohali last month, aur abhi bhi adjust kar raha hoon. Overall vibe toh theek hai, kaafi peaceful lagta hai. But kuch cheezein hain jo unexpected thi. Jaise water supply ka issue, I thought it would be better. Subah-shaam fixed timings pe aata hai paani, which is a bit of an adjustment. Aur power cuts bhi hote hain kabhi-kabhi, DG backup hai but still, thoda annoying. Peak hours mein traffic bhi expected se zyada laga, especially near main roads. Schools aur markets toh paas mein hain, that's a plus point. I'm wondering if this water supply thing is common for Sector 79, ya sirf mere block mein hai? Aur traffic ka kya scene hai long-term? Will it get worse? Koi tips hain kya in cheezon ko manage karne ke liye, especially water? Did anyone else face these issues jab naye aaye the?
