Just moved into my 3BHK in Mohali Sector 84 last month, paid around ₹1.7 Cr for it from Emaar. Thought RTM meant solid quality, but the finishing is just okay, and things like water pressure are surprisingly low. Maintenance charges are also higher than initial quotes. Anyone else experience this post-possession? Is this common for projects like Godrej Properties too?
