Sector 86 Mohali – keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Looking at a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.8-2 Cr. Kya lagta hai, iska investment potential kaisa hai for the next 3-5 years? Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Agar kal ko exit karna pade, can I sell easily? Also, remote buying ke liye legal clarity aur property manager ki help chahiye. Any reliable recommendations?

Sector 86 Mohali ka naam toh bahut sun raha hoon. My relative just bought a plot there last year for investment, but I am still skeptical about the 1.8-2 Cr price range for a 3BHK. Is it really justified for a city like Mohali? I'm worried about overpaying. Kya lagta hai, yeh price point sahi hai?
Sahi keh rahe ho, price point is crucial. Mohali has grown, but 1.8-2 Cr for 3B
