Visited Hercules Ventures LLP site in Sector 56 last weekend. Under-construction project hai, looks decent. But my parents bol rahe hain legal verification theek se karwao. RERA check, title search, encumbrance certificate — yeh sab kaise aur kahan se karwate hain? Koi experienced person batao, first-time buyer hoon, darr lag raha hai.
