Mohali under-construction projects are a huge gamble
Under-construction projects in Mohali are a massive gamble, especially with possession delays. Fed up of renting, I booked a 2BHK with Emaar two years ago, thinking I'd save on rent. They promised possession in 2.5 years, but now it's already past that, aur abhi tak OC bhi nahi mili. My EMI started, but rent bhi jaa raha hai. Builder just keeps giving new dates. Quality ka bhi dar lag raha hai, suna hai Satkartar Homes ke kuch projects mein finish issues aaye the. Anyone else stuck with these Mohali delays? What did you do?
