Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this upgrade, but need some real talk. I'm currently in a 2BHK Mohali mein and eyeing Arun GGR Floor 22 for a 3BHK. Price tag kaafi high hai, around 4-5 Cr. Since it's a completed project, capital appreciation potential kitna bacha hai? Aur Mohali mein iski resale market kitni liquid hai? Investors ke liye exit strategy pe koi advise de sakta hai? Rental yield bhi important hai for ROI.
