Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which payment plan. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Mohali Sector 65, but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa. This time, as an investor, I really want to maximize my returns. Builders like Czarr Villas in Sector 74 are pushing construction-linked payment plans.
