Sector 74 — I'm currently in a 2BHK here, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Dwarka Expressway ka completion aur Global City projects Mohali mein price appreciation kitna badhayenge? Kya inka timeline realistic hai? Already home loan hai, so investment window sahi hai ya nahi, batao.

Focus on your current needs, budget, and the immediate livability of the 3BHK. Agar aapko lagta hai ki aap 5-7 saal hold kar sakte ho, only then consider it. Otherwise, it might be better to wait for more clarity.

Global City ka bhi abhi blueprint stage par hai, completion mein saalon lagenge. Home loan already hai toh thoda cautious rehna chahiye. Kahin over-leveraged na ho jao.
7-10 saal? Bhai, tab tak toh humara home loan khatam bhi ho jayega! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.

Mohali mein bhi same scenario ho sakta hai. Global City ka pura potential dikhne mein at least 7-10 saal lag jayenge. Abhi ka market sentiment bhi mixed hai, rate cuts ka wait kar rahe hain log.

Timeline ka toh pata nahi, par Dwarka Expressway ka impact Gurgaon mein dikh raha hai. Mohali mein bhi zaroor hoga. Lekin, U2, builders ka record toh sabko pata hai. Global City ka concept achha hai, par execution kitna fast hoga, woh dekhna padega. Kahi over-projection na ho jaaye, jisse prices inflate ho jayein artificialy.
